EASY-LIVING IN B5

The B5 is more than just a hotel bar. Many locals meet here in the evening to chat over a Burgdorf beer, a snack or a cool drink. The large glass roof contributes to a pleasant ambience, while you can retreat to the various corners and niches for undisturbed conversations with friends or business partners.

Where there used to be a bakery and a fashion shop, the Bistro B5 with integrated shop and coffee roastery has now sprung up in a prominent location. Our Bijou is located directly in the building of the Hotel Berchtold on Bahnhofstrasse in Burgdorf.

We pay attention to regionality and sustainability when selecting our suppliers. Nevertheless, our small but fine selection is good, fast and inexpensive.

Linger over a cup of home-roasted coffee or freshly brewed tea from Länggass, try the savoury bagels from Swiss Bagel Bakery or enjoy our homemade dessert delicacies. You can also enjoy our changing daily menus with fresh pasta variations, seasonal salad combinations or creative tarte flambée.
